A New Beginning is dedicated to building families through adoption. We provide U.S. infant adoption and foster- adoption services to Idaho families and FREE and confidential counseling, support and services to birth parent. We are committed to providing essential adoption training, education and provide post-placement support through professional counseling services, support groups, online communities and Youth Advisory Board. A New Beginning is a non-profit, fully licensed agency providing the full-spectrum of adoption services necessary to complete U.S. Infant and Foster- Adoptions, home study, legal and post-placement services for international and private adoptions. A New Beginning’s free and confidential Birth Parent Services include options counseling, pre-delivery, hospital and post-pregnancy support and services in Idaho. Our counseling center staff are experts in the areas of grief and loss, trauma, attachment and family dynamics and these services were designed especially for adoptive families, adoptees, blended families and birth families and others during the adoption process and post-placement.
A New Beginning’s Response to COVID-19
The safety of all of our families and staff are always top priority and we have made some adjustments amid the COVID-19 outbreak. While our physical office and face to face meetings are closed/limited, we are utilizing technology to continue essential and important meetings to keep our families moving forward with their adoptions. We do continue to meet with birth families onsite. Please visit our blog frequently for the most recent updates to our COVID-19 operating protocol.

Conveniently located at 8660 W. Emerald Street, Suite 142 in Boise.
A New Beginning’s office is located in Boise, however, we provide adoption services and birth parent services to individuals throughout Idaho.
Office Hours
Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Closed daily for lunch 12:30 pm -1:30 pm
Wednesday’s office is closed from 12:30-2:30 pm
Friday by appointment only.
Office is also closed for the following Holidays:
New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Columbus Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Washington’s Birthday, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas.
