A New Beginning’s Birth Mother Mentors are birth mothers who have been through the adoption journey, they understand how difficult an unplanned pregnancy can be, the weight of all the decisions and planning for the birth of your child. None of them will say “making an adoption plan is easy…” It’s not. Each of the mentors have received mentor training and work directly with you and your adoption team. They are your strongest advocate. If you haven’t been connected to a Birth Mother Mentor, let us help you.
Watching him grow is a wonderful gift and I am forever grateful!
I believe it is my calling to support my fellow birth mothers. I love public speaking, my
two dogs and tending to my houseplants. When I’m not jamming out to the Hamilton
soundtrack you can find me hiking with my pups or volunteering
with youth in the Gem County community.”
My name is Meghan, I’m 22 years old, and I have been a birth mom for six years. I have been working as a mentor with the agency since I placed and am passionate about sharing my story and helping others. I am a graduate from Boise State University and am currently applying to law school. I currently work as a makeup artist at MAC Cosmetics and love it! My passions include paddle boarding, hiking, and animals.
My name is Hannah and my girl that I placed for adoption is almost 7 years old. Her family and I have a beautiful, open relationship and I am so blessed by it. I graduated with an RN degree in May 2022, I play guitar, do pastel art, and love outdoor activities. The reason I am a mentor and am passionate about it is because I want to support and help other girls get through what I went through. I want them to know that they are not alone, are worth being loved, and that they are displaying such strength, courage, and selfless love through adoption.
Hello! My name is Gracie, and I have one birth son. My son whom I placed is now 7 years old. His family and I are incredibly close and have a relationship I could have never imagined for my son or myself. I love to fish, camp, read and spend time with my 2 dogs, and my fiancé. I want to become a mentor so I can help and support other young women during the placement like I did. I want you to feel that you are never alone, and that you are such a strong and courageous woman with so much ahead of you.
