Kaitlyn has been with A New Beginning since 2018. She completed her Social Work Senior Practicum at ANB working with adoptive parents and birth parents. She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Kaitlyn works as an Adoption Specialist in the Infant Program supporting adoptive parents through all stages of their adoption journey. Kaitlyn’s experience includes writing infant home studies, supporting adoptive parents during their wait, at time of placement, and conducting post placements for infant children. She has a passion for supporting adoptive parents and building lifelong connections with families and to watch their children grow through the years.
Kaitlyn and her husband, Taylor, have a Mini Australian Shepherd named Maverick. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and trying local coffee shops.
