Hello! We are Terra and Justin and we appreciate you checking out our profile.

We know this is a delicate time in your life as you look to make an adoption plan.

We met in Junction City, Oregon 22 years ago and have been married for 17 years. We call Portland, Oregon home and cannot wait to show our future child everything the Pacific Northwest, and life, has in store for him or her.

Unfortunately, we cannot have children naturally. After undertaking roughly a dozen IUI treatments, with no luck, and asking ourselves “do we do in vitro or adoption?,” it didn’t take long for us to realize adoption is where our heart is. The idea to help a birth family find a happy, supportive and nurturing home for their baby really felt right.

A little bit about us. We always look forward to our time together, whether it is chillin’, hangin’ with our wonderful Goldendoodle Alice, binge-watching a show, estate saling,

camping, watching sports or gardening. We’ve built a strong home together and are excited to share all this joy, as well as create family memories and traditions, with our future child.

About Justin, with 1,000-percent certainty, Justin will spend his life protecting our environment, in order to ensure that you, your family and our child’s children’s children have a healthy, prosperous planet to live on and enjoy. Justin works for a large recycling company where not only is it his job but his passion. Justin is crazy for biking and all things UO Ducks, Chicago Cubs and Portland Trailblazers. He is also a natural carpenter with incredible craftsmanship, as he’s built a lot of things around our house, like chicken coops, she-sheds, picnic tables and much, much more. He is the most compassionate person I’ve ever met and takes such good care of me and Alice!

About Terra, though she is silly and always making funny sounds and hilarious voices to make people around her laugh, she is also a natural leader by trade. Where she works, she oversees the work of 25 doctors and 45 support staff.  Her greatest work accomplishment is watching someone she’s mentored get promoted to a supervisor or managerial role. Her ability to connect with all people, as well as motivate them to be better and strive for better, is a true inspiration in so many ways. She is my voice when I feel a loss for words and she always has my best intentions in mind; she is my rock.

We will part with this, “there is strong, then there’s birthparent strong.” We think you’re amazing and courageous and none of the memories we are about to create would be possible without you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

If you want to hear more about us, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Sincerely,

Terra & Justin
