We care about you and you are important to us. From your first contact with us you will be treated with the respect that you deserve. All of our services are confidential and free.

A New Beginning Provides the following services:

Mentoring/Peer Support - Nobody can know what you are experiencing right now better than someone that has been right where you are. If you would like to talk to a birth mother that chose to place her child for adoption or to have any concerns or questions answered, please e-mail Tricia Marshall at: tricia@adoptanewbeginning.org.

Counseling - We want you to feel supported and honored now and in the future.  We have a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support you and help you with your plans for the future.  She is available before and after your baby is born.

Medical Assistance - If you do not have a doctor, we will help you locate a doctor. In some areas of Idaho and Oregon we are able to provide transportation to your medical appointments.  If your insurance does not cover your medical expenses, we will either help you in securing Medicaid assistance with your pregnancy or we will cover the expenses when you complete the adoption.

Adoptive Parent ProfilesLegal Assistance - We will be with you every step of the way and connect you to experienced and compassionate attorneys. It is important to us that the rights of everyone are respected and upheld.

Assistance making an adoption plan for your baby - You will have an assigned Case Worker to help you through this journey in making an adoption plan for you and your child.  All of the choices in this plan are YOURS and we will assist you in making the decisions that are best for YOU.  We have approved and waiting adoptive families in Idaho, Oregon, Utah and other States throughout the country, so that you can choose the family that is best for you and your baby.

Ongoing Contact - Our staff and adoptive parents want to respect your decision in the level of ongoing contact that you have with your child. Letters and pictures are exchanged through the agency unless other arrangements are made between you and the family that you choose.

Ashley's Story

I first got in touch with A New Beginnings Adoption Agency through Calvary Chapel when I was a few weeks pregnant. I was pretty sure I knew that I wanted to adopt my child out but I still needed some counseling and to learn more about it.

I began meeting with my social worker, Lori, and learned more about the whole process. I was very comfortable with everyone there, and I never felt like I was being judged or looked down upon. I got nothing but continual support and care from Lori and she was always available when I needed her. I had a lot of help from her in choosing the family and she helped arrange our first meeting together.

I knew anyone looking to adopt through that agency would be more than perfect for me and I was so glad to find that very true. Lori helped me the whole way and was there in the hospital when I was in labor. It was so comforting to know she was there and that the sweet family adopting my little boy was there also. Everybody was great and got along very well.

Lori also helped my mom while she was here. I still keep in touch with her and the adoptive family and every day I know I made a good decision for me and the adoptive parents. God placed it in my heart early on and He continued to show me the way with everything that happened. I am so grateful for Lori and the agency in helping me make the hardest decision of my life and I would encourage any young girl in my position to contact the agency. It really was one of the best experiences I have had and I would love for every adoption to go the way mine did.
